Synopsis This book presents the keys to the conception and management of the brand, through five elements on which its sustainable success is built: the soul, the pulse, the strength, the voice and the face. According to the authors, the name is the most repeated message, the first sign of identity and the longest-lived asset. Hence, the challenge is to create brands that shape the public's mind and decisions in a saturated world.

Synopsis This work proposes to approach contemporary Amerindian histories from previously unimagined perspectives and places, in order to provoke unexpected encounters. Its premise is that it is still possible to learn from others about history, to create relationships that do not pass through disqualification, denial, expulsion and historicide. The symmetrization and proliferation of Amerindian histories requires multiplying and diversifying the parameters of “the historical” and being willing to be affected by those other histories.

Synopsis In 2010, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Oaxaca and the publishing house Almadía celebrated the seventieth birthday of the painter Francisco Toledo by publishing in complicity a collection of poems written about the work and the person of the artist and selected by Ernesto Lumbreras and Efraín Velasco. In addition to being festive, this edition resolved the gap left by the publication Toledo: la línea metafórica, published by Miguel Flores Ramírez in 1998. Of modest circulation and currently controversial as a bibliographic rarity, it began to bring together the works of poets seduced by the painter's eroticized territory.

    THEMA Epistemology. causality. human gender
Synopsis Inspired mainly by Latin American decolonial thought, the so-called Third Wave feminisms and the Islamic thought of the Moroccan philosopher Taha Abderrahman, this work proposes a profound critique of the epistemological foundations of Islamic feminisms, while exploring the urgency of a decolonial Islamic thought as the answer and perhaps the only, but not unified, possible solution to the crisis of contemporary Islamic thought. It is an invitation to begin a different journey of true Islamic intracultural and intracivilizational dialogic introspection whose basic premise is paradoxically based on "the consciousness of Non-Being" in the context of the "empire of the annulment of the Other" and that offers us real possibilities of liberation and regeneration, as well as an anti-capitalist, anti-sexist, anti-patriarchal, anti-racist, anti-class and anti-colonial reintegration into the presents and futures from which, as colonized subjects, we have been expelled. From a renewed decolonial reading of Islamophobia as one of the structures of power, control, government and subalternization of Islam and Muslims in the modern/colonial world-system, this research shows how Islamic feminist discourses are a reactive response to it. . In this sense, they can be read from what Judith Butler has called "the paradox of subjectivization", which is that the discourses that resist such norms are themselves enabled or created, even by those same norms, which represents a constitutive limitation that, although it does not annul their capacity for social agency, does turn them into repetitive or rearticulating discourses inherent to power.
